Quantum Partners
Salubrious means healthful, and Team Salubrious is a fun group of nearly 100 runners who train together. Veterans guide new runners, and the group offers classes each season on topics like nutrition, massage, cross-training, and injury prevention.

We are proud to be friends of Fit Fams, a program that helps school districts promote wellness among their student population and their families.

Quantum has been honored with membership on the SCS Multisport Performance Team.

Increase Positive Body Awareness
Try This:
Tense one muscle at a time, starting with your toes. Relax in between each contraction. Work your way to the top of the body. Finally, tense every muscle in your body - clench your fists and jaw, tighten your stomach, and then contrast with total relaxation.
