Salubrious means healthful, and Team Salubrious is
a fun group of nearly 100 runners who train together. Veterans
guide new runners, and the group offers classes each season on topics
like nutrition, massage, cross-training, and injury prevention. Team
members use shorter on-site massage sessions to recover after training
runs, and receive $10 off studio sessions.
 Scott
provides massage at events like the OptumHealth Performance Camp in
Madison, Wisconsin, for athletes preparing for the Wisconsin
Ironman Triathlon. Triathletes who sign up for the OptumHealth Manitou Triathlon on June 13th are elligible for a discounted massage package at Quantum Massage Works. Train hard, rest smart with massage.
Quantum Massage Works is located in the Kingfield Neighborhood of Minneapolis. The Kingfield Neighborhood Association works to support and promote the common good and welfare of the neighborhood.
