Cancellation/no-show/late policy
If you need to reschedule or cancel a session at Quantum Massage Works, kindly give 24 hours notice.
Because the point of your massage is to
reduce stress, regular clients are excused from their first
short-notice cancellation. No-shows or repeat cancellation "offenders"
may be charged 1/2 the value of the scheduled session.
First-time clients who do not show, or
cancel with less than 24 hours notice will be required to pay the value
of the missed session before rescheduling.
